Payments, if applicable, may be made via ACH or wire transfer to accounts designated in the portal. We do not represent that the Services provide escrow services unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific transaction with a qualified escrow provider.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cygnus It Services WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cygnus It Services and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
